Shipping policy

Shipping within Singapore

We currently ship only within Singapore.

Shipping fees

• Free shipping on orders with 2 or more items.
• Free shipping on orders over SGD 50.
• All other orders: a flat fee of SGD 3.49.

The fee or free shipping is shown in your cart and applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days of ordering. During busy festive weeks, please allow up to 4 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Courier and tracking

Orders are shipped with Ninja Van or SingPost. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Changing your order or address

To change your order or delivery address, email us at info@chilipili.sg within 2 hours of placing it and we will do our best to help. Please double-check your address at checkout; if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
