Shipping policy

A flat shipping fee of SGD 3.50 is applicable on all orders below SGD 50.
Free shipping is available on orders of SGD 50 and above.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. We may take 1-2 working days for processing.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If you wish to modify your order or update the delivery address, kindly email us at info@chilipili.sg within 2 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders are shipped via SingPost or other trusted local courier services.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship only within Singapore.
Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
